Paramount has announced the upcoming release of ‘Little Disasters,’ a six-part psychological thriller based on Sarah Vaughan’s novel of the same name. The series stars Diane Kruger as Jess and Jo Joyner as Liz, delving into the intricate dynamics of motherhood and long-standing friendships.
The narrative centers around four womenโJess, Liz, Charlotte (played by Shelley Conn), and Mel (played by Emily Taaffe)โwho share the commonality of impending motherhood. Their lives intertwine when Jess brings her baby to the hospital with an unexplained head injury, placing Liz, an A&E doctor, in a moral quandary about whether to involve social services.
