Leena Sayed Granted Restraining Order Against Devin Haney Over Alleged Abuse

The bitter co-parenting feud between boxing champion Devin Haney and influencer Leena Sayed has officially escalated into a legal matter. Just weeks after exchanging barbs on social media, Sayed has filed for โ and been granted โ a temporary domestic violence restraining order (DVRO) against the undefeated boxer, citing multiple incidents of alleged physical abuse and endangerment of their infant daughter, Khrome Iman.
According to court documents first obtained by TMZ, Sayed alleges a disturbing pattern of abuse dating back to early 2024, including an incident where Haney allegedly punched her in the stomach and another where he allegedly pushed her while she was nine months pregnant, causing her to fall on her tailbone.
โDevin has hurt me in the past by punching me, pushing me while pregnant, threatening me, and arguing with me in the presence of our daughter,โ Sayed reportedly stated in the court filing.
She also expressed fear for her life, citing a message Haney allegedly sent warning her sheโd be โhandled in the streets.โ When she asked what he meant, she claims he replied, โU WILL SEE.โ
The judge granted the temporary restraining order on June 30, barring Haney from contacting Sayed or visiting their daughter until further notice. A court hearing has been scheduled for July 22, where both parties are expected to appear.
Allegations of Endangering Their Daughter
Sayed also raised concerns about Haneyโs treatment of their daughter, alleging he pierced her ears at just eight weeks old โ not once, but twice on each ear, without her consent. She claims this act, among others, reflects a pattern of endangering their child โwithout concern.โ
These claims mirror those Sayed recently made on social media, where she accused Haney of using their daughter as leverage, and revealed alleged incidents of physical abuse.
Devin Haneyโs Response
While Haney has not publicly commented on the restraining order or the judgeโs ruling, he previously took to Instagram Stories to deny being a โdeadbeat,โ claiming heโs being financially manipulated and blocked from seeing his daughter unless he provides money.
โI never acted like my kid donโt existโฆ I fight to see my baby! My childโs mother wonโt let me see my baby unless I threaten to cut her money off & Iโm tired of having to pay to see my child every time,โ he wrote.
Whatโs Next
Until the July 22 hearing, Haney is prohibited from seeing his daughter or contacting Leena Sayed. Sayed is reportedly seeking sole legal and physical custody of Khrome.
As of now, neither Haney nor Sayed has issued a formal public statement about the restraining order or the court proceedings.
