Early Life and Educational Background

Shirley Emma Fatima Tibilla who is popularly known as Cookie Tee was born on February 25, 1991 in Bawku, Upper East Region. At age three (3), Shirley moved with her mother and sister to Kadjebi, in the Oti region and then later to Hohoe, in the Volta Region where she lived with her grandmother and started her education.

Some years later, she moved to Accra where she continued her schooling and spent most of her life from teenage to adulthood. Sadly, at the age of 19, Shirley lost her mom to the cold hands of death. The cause of her mother’s death is yet to be known. It was a tough road for the family as they had to strive to survive without a mother figure.
