Universal Pictures has released the first trailer for ‘Nobody 2,’ the sequel to the 2021 action thriller ‘Nobody.’ Bob Odenkirk reprises his role as Hutch Mansell, a former assassin attempting to enjoy a peaceful family vacation, only to be drawn back into a world of violence.

The trailer reveals that Hutch’s family getaway is disrupted when his children are threatened by goons working for Sharon Stone’s new character, crime boss Lendina. This confrontation forces Hutch to abandon his attempts at normalcy and return to his lethal ways to protect his loved ones.

Directed by Timo Tjahjanto and co-written by Derek Kolstad, Aaron Rabin, Umair Aleem, and Odenkirk himself, ‘Nobody 2’ promises a blend of gritty fight scenes and dark humor. The film also features returning cast members Connie Nielsen as Hutch’s wife Becca, Christopher Lloyd as his father David, RZA as his brother, and Michael Ironside as his father-in-law. New additions include Colin Hanks and John Ortiz in undisclosed roles.

‘Nobody 2’ is scheduled for release in theaters on August 15, 2025.
