Early Life
Jemima Osunde (born 30 April 1996, 28 years old) is an Edo State native. She grew up with her mother, father, and older brothers. She is her parents’ last child and only daughter.
Education
She attended Air Force Primary School, went on to Holy Child College for her secondary school education, and had her tertiary education at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos. In 2019, Osunde graduated from the University of Lagos with a degree in physiotherapy.

Jemima is a young and trendy actress known for her seemingly flawless talent. Her journey in the entertainment industry started during her first year at university. She knew there was more she had to offer than studying to become a physiotherapist. Her uncle, who was a presenter, further encouraged her. The ambitious lady started going for auditions, including that of Tinsel, a popular TV series.
She got into Nollywood at 18 and dived right into the business as if she was born for it; apparently, she was born for it. She played her role so well that her first movie got a nomination. At age 19, she became even more popular after being featured in an MTV series titled “Shuga.” She acted as Leila, and that became the name most people knew her by because it was the role that brought her to the limelight.
When the show moved to South Africa for its fifth series, Osunde was written out for a year. She returned for the sixth series when it returned to Nigeria. In 2018, she starred alongside Linda Ejiofor in the second series of NdaniTV’s Rumour Has It.
Jemima eventually got a role in her first movie, Jungle Jewel, produced by Ufuoma McDermott.
Following her outstanding debut performance, Jemima started to get more movie roles, and she continued to deliver them as authentic and original as possible.

In 2020, she was in the cast of Quam’s Money , a follow-up to the 2018 film in which she starred in New Money. The follow-up story follows what happens when a security guard (Quam) suddenly becomes a multi-millionaire.
